All units have kitchenettes and all are on monthly rates. However, tenants can move into one of these suites without paying a whole month's rent if they rent a room first at the Nevada Club Inn at weekly rates and pay their rent consistently on time for a few weeks. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Rents are all-inclusive, meaning that one payment covers everything, all services, utilities, and amenities. These include electric, water, telephone service, unlimited local calling, 4 HBOs, WiFi, pool, putting green, walking track, volleyball court, tennis court access, 24-hour coin-op laundry and vending.   Linens, bedding and towels are provided initially but there is no housekeeping service. 

A refundable security deposit may be required. There is a one time pet deposit of $75 per pet which is non-refundable. 

OFFICE HOURS:  8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. MONDAY through SATURDAY. 

SWIMMING POOL:  The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.  Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 21.  There is no lifeguard on duty.
